28 Weeks - Baby #2

It is hard to believe that I am in my third trimester and only 3 months away from meeting Good baby #2...I guess we need to start deciding on names and getting the nursery ready, huh?! Other than a bad cold, I have been feeling great this past month. This baby moves around way more than Sam did...I think we have a jumper in there! Everything looked good at my recent doctor visit. I did have to do the 3 hour glucose test but thankfully all of the results were normal and I am continuing to have a healthy pregnancy. The doctor reminded me at this visit that I now go every two weeks for a check-up. Full steam ahead!

Easter

Sam is at a better age to understand and appreciate Easter this year. We tried to talk a little about the Easter Bunny...but most of all the real reason for Easter which Sam can tell you is "all about God's son". Sam talked about Easter like it was a person..."we are going to see Easter" which is cute, but hard to explain to a two year old. We went to church and then came home for Sam to hunt for his Easter basket. There were mostly toys in it but a few pieces of chocolate too. We spent the afternoon at my sister's house where he got to do his first egg hunt. It was a nice day spent with family.

Alaska Cousins

This past weekend we got to spend time with Luke's brother's wife, Kim, and their kids William (almost 4) and Julia (2...1 month older than Sam). Sam was really excited to visit with them and they played really well together. We only get to see them about once a year because they live in Alaska so we tried to get in as much play time as we could. We loved spending time with them!Sam pushing William
