Float Boat

We had a nice day out at Moraine State Park.  The boys played a few holes of disc golf and then we rented a Pontoon boat and drove around the lake in the early evening.  It was a beautiful day and the boys loved driving the boat!

OBX 2013

Rowse/Galand/Good Family Vacation 2013!  It has been about 6 years since our last big family vacation (we were also in the Outer Banks and I was pregnant with Sam) and we were long over-due!  We had a great week hiking the dunes to the beach, braving the crazy waves and playing games in the pool.  Love this family!

Vacation at Ligonier Camp

This summer we got to go back in time (well at least for Luke) and work/live at Ligonier Camp for a week.  Luke spent the week working on a video for them while the boys and I enjoyed being a camp family.  I was exhausted by the end of the week but the boys have never had so much fun.  The best part of the vacation for me?  Three meals a day that I didn't have to plan or cook :)  We also go to spend the day with Uncle Aaron & Aunt Jordan and have some fun at the water slide at Linn Run.  The water was crazy that morning...cold and fast but we all braved it at least once.  A great week of vacation!

Levi is 3!

Levi turned 3 at the end of June and he will tell everyone who will listen that he is "big"!  My sweet boy is so lovable and full of life.  He loves his big brother Sam and they spend all of their time playing (and fighting) together.  Levi loves all sports, especially baseball.  He loves swimming, playing Lego guys, fighting bad guys and anything else his brother is up to.  Levi just melts my heart with his smiles and sweet hugs and we are so thankful to have this boy in our family!  

3 year stats: 36.5 inches / 34 pounds

Pirates Party

Levi wanted a Jake and the Neverland Pirates party and so that is what he got!  It was a fun day filled with good food and family!  Luke is so creative and was able to put my ideas on paper and make the house look great!  Coming soon...a post celebrating my special three year old boy!

Brothers in Bunk Beds

This summer we decided that it was time for the boys to share a room.  Sam was ready to take the top bunk and Levi was ready for a big boy bed (on the bottom).  They did great the first night and it has continued to go well.

Kennywood

Kennywood is always a great time with the whole family.  I have been going since I was a little girl and it is so fun to take my boys now.  Cousin Layla came along too.  This year Sam AND Levi were both tall enough to ride the Jack Rabbit...so they did...twice!!
