Idlewild 2012

Idlewild is one of our favorite places to take the kids.  This year was especially memorable because we went with our dear friends, The Schmidts', who left just this past week to be missionaries in Africa.  It was so sweet to see our boys talk and ride and play and for us to be able to spend a whole day with this family that we love!

Camping at Pymie 2012

The first weekend of June we went camping at Pymatuning Lake...the same place that Luke camped when he was a kid.  The weather was crazy...raining, windy and cold!  We persevered though and had a great time.

Memorial Day 2012

We had a low-key Memorial Day weekend which was very nice.  Today we went to parade in town and the boys loved all the clapping, waving, marching and of course candy-throwing.  So thankful for all of the men and women who have served (and still do) to protect our freedom.

Mother's Day 2012

So blessed to be the mom of these two little boys!

Kennywood 2012

We had a great time at Kennywood this year.  Levi was finally old (and big) enough to ride in Kiddieland with Sam and it was so sweet to watch them together.  Sam rode the Jack Rabbit (twice!) and a few of the other big kid rides.  The weather was perfect and the boys made it all day, without a nap, until we left the park at 9:30.

Easter 2012

We had a great Easter this year...we did lots of fun things with the kids.

We spent Easter sunday with my family and even got to meet some new family members for the first time (Aunt and cousins!).  So thankful for our Risen Lord!
